Home / Frequently Asked Questions

What coffee should I choose?

Creator’s Cup Coffee has three major coffee collections: Master, Journey and Apprentice. The Master collection consists of unique blends created by Scott Weldon. The Journey collection is made up of single origin coffees similar to fine wine. Apprentice is a collection of traditional blends that are a great way to get started!

Should I buy ground coffee or whole beans?

If you own a coffee grinder, whole bean coffee is the best for maximizing freshness. It allows you to grind coffee as you need it, right before brewing. Ground coffee is a very convenient option; it saves time and makes a good gift.

What is the best way to store coffee and make it last?

The best way to store coffee is in a dark, dry, air-tight space. Our coffee bags work well for storage if tightly re-sealed after opening. Each bag contains a circular de-gassing valve which allows fresh coffee to de-gas without exposing the coffee to oxygen which breaks down its freshness.

What is the order process and how can I track my order?

Once you press “Complete Order”, you will receive an order confirmation email to your email address on file. At the time of purchase, your card will be verified and charged. Orders are scheduled for roasting and are typically produced and shipped out within three to five business days, excluding holidays. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You will also receive email updates once your order is out for delivery and once it is delivered.
